Excerpt: "The RGVLS, Inc. 10-year development facilities plan calls for the investment of over 4 million dollars in the next 5 years to bring the facilities and its management and marketing infrastructure to 21st Century market standards. The goal of the RGVLS, Inc. is to increase attendance and revenues by 25% over the next five years, creating 1,099 new jobs and injecting $250 million into the local economy over the same 5-year period."
